As an auditor at Price Waterhouse, a Controller at Microcom and most recently as the CFO at Ben & Jerry's and Seventh Generation, Mickey has gained a wide range of experiences that can be of value to many companies. Although the experience is heavily finance related, Mickey gained significant Management experience in several different disciplines. While at Microcom Mickey lead the integration of several acquisitions ultimately spending time as the VP of Operations of a newly formed software division. At Ben & Jerry's Mickey lead the Retail Business (Scoop Shops) through a strategic planning process leading to the execution of a new growth strategy.

Mickey's additional experiences include public offerings, acquisitions, international expansion, new business development, project management and all areas of executive leadership.
