Higher Ground will offer two different initial solution evaluations:

1) A specific opportunity, issue or problem as identified by the Company but do not have the in-house expertise or do not have the resources to move the business issue forward. Higher Ground will provide the expertise and/or the resource to address the business issue to proper resolution. A proposal will be developed to define the specific work to be done and presented to Management. Upon acceptance a project plan will be developed and executed in an agreed upon time frame at an agreed upon price.

2) The Company has several opportunities, issues or problems but does not know which business issue should be addressed first and how to go about addressing that issue. Higher Ground will provide the Company an assessment of situation with recommendations as to the priority of which opportunity, issue or problem should be addressed and why. A project plan will be developed and executed in an agreed upon time frame at an agreed upon price.
