Strategic Planning

Higher Ground will utilize a three phased approach to strategic planning:

1) Situational Analysis - Understand the current state of the business such as the external and internal landscape, the current strategy and execution against that strategy, resource analysis, supply chain analysis and financial analysis.

2) Fulcrum Analysis - Utilizing the information gathered in the first phase, understand the Company's area of strength, weaknesses, opportunities and risks (SWOT analysis). Determination will be made whether or not the situational analysis is aligned with the Company's strength and weaknesses and does that strategy adequately address the weaknesses and risks. Determine the relative weight of the SWOT components.

3) Solution Analysis - Based on the first two phases, develop strategic alternatives including related financial analysis. Depending on the circumstances there may be on clear strategic path and in other cases there may be more than one alternative from which Management will have choices. The final deliverable will include specific objectives to execute the strategy.
